On May 8, 2026, the U.S. Department of War released the first tranche of declassified UAP videos as part of the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters. These videos represent the most significant government disclosure of UAP footage in history.
The videos were captured by U.S. military personnel using infrared sensors aboard various platforms across multiple combatant commands. Each video was submitted to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) as an unresolved UAP report.
