Overview
The AARO Annual Report 2023 is the first annual report from the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, established within the Department of Defense to investigate Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) across all domains. The report documents AARO's organizational establishment, analytical methodology, and initial case review findings. This report followed testimony provided at the April 2023 Senate Armed Services hearing.
